The Day Before Your Wedding
- Guests arrive leisurely during the day and settle in to their rooms.
- Take a stroll around the Country Park, get to meet everyone and renew old friendships.
- 8.00 pm: Three Course Evening Meal in the main function room for 70 guests.
- Evening: Discounted Entertainment of your choice on Evening before your wedding day (select from any of our Approved Entertainers – see list here)
- Overnight B&B Accommodation for 50-70 guests.
- You may increase to a maximum of 100 guests overnight, but you would need to increase numbers for your wedding, over the 70 allowed for in the package, at the appropriate guest rate for extras
- Exclusive use of entire Castle

- Morning Breakfast for 70 guests – full cooked English Breakfast
- Superior Three Course Wedding Breakfast for 70 Day Guests in the Conservatory Wedding Banqueting room. Select two choices of each course from our Superior Wedding Breakfast Menu here
- Grand Reveal of the Wedding Banqueting Room. Because the castle is yours exclusively, the Conservatory Wedding Banqueting Room may be kept locked so it is not used or seen by your Guests until its Grand Reveal on your Wedding Day
- Welcome Drinks in the Nicolini Room
- Canapes for 70 guests (three canapes choices per guest) served with your Welcome Drinks, as a light snack between Morning Breakfast and the main Wedding Banquet.

- Wedding Reception Castle Drinks Package including Table Wine and Toasting champagne.
- Evening Buffet 100 Evening Guests (6 item buffet).
- The Special Wedding Evening Entertainment Package up to a value of £600. This service includes Evening Videography (first and last dance etc), Announcements service, Dry Ice machine for dancing on clouds effect, Mood Uplighting, Confetti Cannon and loads more. Note that DJ rates may vary from Weekday to Weekend, with higher rates on premium days such as Bank Holidays and New Years Eve. There is a ceiling of £600 on the amount of DJ services covered and in future years, DJ fees may exceed the £600 ceiling under this package.
- Floral Display in Theatre (White Flowers on the two pedestals on Theatre Stage)
- Chair Sashes and Bows in both the Wedding Banqueting Room and Wedding Ceremony Room (70 sashes/ bows in each room).
- Overnight B&B Accommodation for 50-70 guests or more for both Friday and Saturday night. You may increase to a maximum of 100 guests using Nurses Building for overflow, subject to best use of the available bedroom stock and subject to increasing the numbers at your Wedding Breakfast above the 70 allowed for in this package, to match the total number of guests attending your wedding.

Your 70 guests pay for their own rooms
Included within your Weekend Deal are two nights Exclusive use of all Castle bedrooms which you block-book for £6,900 (2026-2027).
70 guests staying two nights B&B at regular tariff will pay £8,375 (which is £1,475 more than the £6,900 we charge you for your block B&B booking).
So with 70 guests staying, you have £8,375 paid by your guests (based on current B&B rates for 2026-27) which you can put towards your wedding. This reduces what you pay by £8,375.
Provided 70 guests stay two nights - guests paying for their own B&B reduces what you pay from £23,384.20 to £15,009.20 (2026 tariff example).
