You may choose TWO items from each course (plus a Veggie Option). Please decide which two choices of starter and mains you wish to offer your guests. If you are having the optional third course, select two choices of pudding that you wish to offer your guests.

Send your menu with two choices of each course to your guests with your RSVP invites. Please do not send your guests this entire menu!

You may choose from either the old or the new menu or select one course option from each. If you wish to have more than two choices, this counts as an a la carte option and will mean upgrading to our Superior Wedding Breakfast menu.

If you have a lot of vegetarians / vegans and would like some additional menu choices for them, please discuss this with our chef separately as we can add 'specials' for you.
The Standard Wedding Breakfast Menu has 2 menus as we updated it. Please look at both menus below.

Choose items from either menu. The old menu may eventually be phased out or some selections removed. Any two selections of starter, main, and pudding can be made from either menu currently showing on this page.

Once you have made your menu choices and sent them out to your guests with your wedding invitations and RSVPs, your selection will not change unless you wish to change it. Your menu selection cannot be changed less than two weeks before your Wedding Day.

Slow Roasted Topside of Beef with Yorkshire pudding and a Rich Red Wine Gravy

Classic Roasted Turkey with Sage & Onion Forcemeat and Pig in blanket

Pan-fried Chicken Supreme with a Smoked Bacon & Mushroom Cream

Roasted Pork Loin or Leg with Apricot Seasoning served with Classic Apple Sauce

Roast Local Leg of Welsh Lamb with Rosemary & Redcurrant Gravy
Nut Roast with a Vegetarian Jus

The Vegetarian Option is a third-choice option which you may select for Vegetarians only, in addition to your two main choices, unless you wish to make a Veggie option one of your two menu choices for all guests.
