Our reception will confirm your Dinner booking shortly by email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email in the next day or so, please give us a call on 01639 731167 between 09.00 - 20.00 hrs, but also check your junk mail in case it ended up there. You will also receive an automatic response from me confirming receipt of your Dinner booking.
We only offer Lunches, Teas and Evening Meals when there is no wedding taking place.
Wedding Guests dining
the night before:
If you are a wedding guest booking your meal for the night before a wedding, we will confirm your booking and charge your card you used to book your room, £25 per two course meal, as a non-refundable deposit. The room itself will be charged to your card upon arrival.
Wedding Couples dining
at a Wedding Taster Meal:
If you are a wedding couple booking one of our wedding taster meals, these are held mostly on our Open Days. You'll be able to see the Conservatory set up as if for a wedding banquet with different table centrepieces and settings.
Your evening meal or wedding taster meal will be served in the main function room, which is used for Evening Parties and Disco/ dancing on wedding nights.

1. Weekend Wedding Package Exclusive use of ground floor of castle, with 3 course wedding breakfast and welcome drinks.
2. Last Minute Wedding Package available for any unsold date in next 6-7 months (and often for winter months further ahead). At 50 guests for the wedding breakfast and with 20 guests staying overnight you get exclusive use of the whole ground floor including the function room. The Last Minute Wedding is unbeatable value.
Craig y Nos Castle is South Wales most popular Castle Wedding Venue with around 120 weddings a year. We only allow one wedding a day, so there will be no other weddings at the Castle on your wedding day.
Craig y Nos is most probably the only Castle in Wales (or, even, in Britain as a whole) where you can have all your guests stay with you overnight with discounted exclusive use venue hire if you have a set number of guests staying overnight.

Which Wedding Package suits you best?

(i) Weekend Wedding - Saturdays 70 guests at Wedding Breakfast, Fridays 60 guests at Wedding Breakfast, both with 50 guests overnight (guests pay for their own B&B)
(ii) Weekday Wedding - 50 guests at Wedding Breakfast, with 25 guests overnight (guests pay for their own B&B)
(iii) Last Minute Weddings - 50 guests at Wedding Breakfast, with 20 guests overnight (guests pay for their own B&B)
(iv) Members Wedding Package with no overnight accommodation requirement. Aimed at large local weddings of 90 guests or more where most guests won't want to stay overnight. Requires minimum of 75 guests to your wedding breakfast, but for best value, invite 125 guests.
(v) Weekend Exclusive Deal. V.I.P. All-inclusive 2 day Wedding Package. This is a full weekend all-inclusive Premium Wedding Package with full Exclusive use of the Castle for the whole weekend, with pretty much everything you’ll need in your chosen Wedding Venue, included.
(vi) Armed Forces & Emergency Services. A discounted Wedding Package, specific only to members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services where you may be called away for emergency duties on your Wedding Day - contract allows for short notice date changes of wedding date.
